Poorly maintained, paint chipping, ratty towels and
rusted bathroom fixtures.

Though front desk staff was friendly, worn towels, I was awake thinking what else wasn't maintained or cleaned well.

Parking was close to the entrances.

Staff is not very friendly or professional.

We first checked in to the hotel. The front desk lady was just semi-friendly. Then, when we got into the room, there were hair everywhere in the bathroom. And then there was a fly just wandering around your face all night long. Last but not least, the check out time listed on the hotel policy was noon. We got this maintenance/housekeeping guy pounding on our door at 11:40 am. I opened the door and asked if I can help him with anything, he then asked if we were going to check out at all today? I looked at my watch again and said to him, well, check out time is supposed to be noon right? He then says yeah and left. I felt like he was trying to hurry and get us out of that room so that he could clean up the room and be done with his work earlier. The point is that hotel policy says check out time is noon and it doesn't make any sense for a staff to be knocking on a customer's door before that time to ask if we are checking out soon. That's just ridiculous! If I want to stay one more day, I would have already notified the front desk way prior to noon. I will never ever go back to this place! ...read more

The location.

The room is too small. hotel was run down.

The guy who checked us in was friendly. The continental breakfast was good. The room was too small and hotel was old and dingy. The service was friendly.
